  • Licensed trade work should be performed by appropriately licensed providers where required.
  • Porchwise DFW does not guarantee savings, availability, timelines, vendor performance, or outcomes.
  • Customer approval is required before scheduling unless a specific written authorization exists.

Landlord boundaries

  • Porchwise DFW does not collect rent.
  • Porchwise DFW does not enforce leases.
  • Porchwise DFW does not handle evictions.
  • Porchwise DFW does not provide legal advice.
  • Porchwise DFW does not act as a property manager.
